1. Service
Order it is an ordering platform for restaurants. The restaurant owner remains responsible for their menu, prices, order preparation and payment collection.
2. Data collected
Customer: table number, cart contents and language preferences — used solely to process the order. No account creation required. Restaurant owner: email and login credentials (encrypted password).
3. Payment
Payments are processed by the provider chosen by the restaurant (e.g. Tabit). Order it does not store any credit card data.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data by contacting the restaurant or Order it. Order data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the service.
5. Cookies
Order it uses only technical cookies (session, language preference). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
